I got up later today because when I slept yesterday at 1 .13 a.m.
Normally I sleep at 12.30 a.m.
This is my personal blog & I write this to improve several sections of my life.
However, I planned my To-do list book yesterday.
When I am writing this I could have completed 7 tasks out of 13.

What Could I do Today to improve my life?
1. Read a book about Body-language2. Read a book about human connections
3. Practically used body language
4. I remembered 5 special dates for improve memory
5. Reading Sunday observer magazine for improving English
6. Did meditation
7. Tweet on Twitter and Pinterest
8. Drinking more water
9. watch a video about the huge benefits of daily eating garlic
1.)The book about body language
I read it in two steps. I kept the alarm for 25 minutes during the first session and the second 15 minutes for reading.Another 15 minutes to revise and draw mind maps.
The authors are Alen and Barbera peace. It was a translated book into my language by Ariyarathna Chandravansha. First I didn't read. watched well. Got a normal idea. Writing this book has taken 30+ years of experience. Well famous book. Alen describes his childhood time. How he came to this field. In childhood time he knew people's emotions and what they do next. He sold goods in childhood time. He visited their neighbor's houses.
When someone doesn't buy he knew before they tell. He knew how to deal with humans.
I don't talk more about that.
This book has used his and her 30+ years of experience, Biological research, Psychological facts
& M.R.I. results about the brain.
My first impression was very good. It was very interesting but I read for 45 minutes.
What I learned
* Humans don't talk always about what they are thinking*When we take a photo outside of hand only 5% can recognize that it is mine. 95% can't.
*When politicians are speaking falsely their lips are shaking
* Most men and more than 50% of women can't recognize their photos about the body under the neck.
*When you are in a call our vocal tone and words are powerful. Body language is not important in this situation.
When a physical conversation attitudes and body language is powerful than words.
2) The book about connections between humans

He says the most important fact is own people who helped
*There are four types of self-images / self-statues
1. Positive mindset
2. Negative mindset
3. Switch off mindset - Thinking works in a loser's foundation
4.Barrier mindset- Try to make problems and get angry rapidly
*How to affect thoughts on our body
*Most of the diseases are starting from low quality thoughts/ negative thoughts
*A story that helps to understand me
There was a man who was blind. One day he went to his friend's home and left home at night.
Before got out he asked for a lamp. A friend told him " you are blind . there is no need for a lamp".
A blind man said " I am blind. But walking this dark night may be dangerous. I can't see but If anyone comes towards me they don't see me without a lamp."
The friend realized and gave the lamp. The blind was walking on the road slowly. Accidently One bike came and collapsed him. The blind said " what the hell? I have a lamp. Didn't you see that? "
The bike man said " fool man.
Without a candle & no lights, the lamp is empty.."
Sometimes our life like this situation.

When a radio tower release the waves other radios can touch the FM channel. If couldn't find a channel it can't react.
Like when a man is speaking, words become sound waves.If they reach to right eyes, right time, they will react.

3) I used the internet to practically learn body-language.
Facebook is a great resource for it.I made time for today about 10 minutes.

April-02 -----world children's book day
April 23 - World English language day
April 23-World books day
April 25- World "malaria- a type of mosquito" day
April 21- "Pasku sunday for Sri-Lanka"
5) Sunday Observer is good for improving English.
I read it rapidly. I don't know every word. I used google translate and wrote the meanings. I dilate my vocabulary.
I cut the piece of newspaper and pasted it to the wall.6) Set alarm for 15 minutes. Did meditation.
I bless all humans and animals to be successful, healthy, be happy. I thought of them in reality through meditation.7) Tweet 2 times and time spent with Pinterest
I visited my Pinterest account. I have a Lady fashion about only blue.such as 2022 dresses, socks, and boots.
8) Drinking more water is always good. We also know it.
9) If you eat small garlic pieces daily what happened to your body?
What I learned
*It likes a pill full of vitamins.*Hipocratise (The father of western science) noticed that use of garlic improves health
*It decreases symptoms of cold by about 63%.
Prevent cold.
*Expands blood streams to reduce blood pressure.
*Decrease high blood pressure.
Decrease the risk of a heart attack.
The government of Japan has told their people to use garlic daily.
*It destroys bad bacteria and saves good bacteria. Grow immunity well.
It includes an antibiotic compound. So garlic is a natural antibiotic.
*It prevents and grows cancers
*It prevents infection of ears, skin problems
*It helps to weight lose
* Prevent pimples & gives healthy hair
*Decreases pain of coughing
*Digestion makes easy
*Makes your skin bright
*These days our food intakes are poisonous from various kinds of chemicals. These compounds change the structure of enzymes and hormones. So the liver can't control some poisons. Garlic enters the scene and decreases poisonous concentration.
I also love to sherlock Holmes today watched 2 sherlock series.
